工商管理虚拟仿真实验室

工商管理虚拟仿真实验室始建于2013年，2020年由企业经营模拟实验室改造而来。实验室使用面积150㎡，配有73台电脑，1台服务器，1套多媒体设备，安装有企业经营模拟电子沙盘、创新创业实训平台、人力资源测评和薪酬绩效、供应链管理等企业经营模拟实训软件和平台，主要面向工商管理、电子商务、国际物流、市场营销等专业开设：企业经营模拟竞争对抗、创新创业实训、供应链设计及管理、人力资源测评和企业薪酬绩效模拟等实验课程。

通过经营决策模拟训练和学习，学生适应变化的经营环境，面对多个竞争对手，发扬团队合作精神，全面、灵活地运用企业管理、市场营销、财务会计、战略管理等管理学知识和预测、优化、对策、决策等方法，制定企业决策，达到企业的战略目标。

The Business and Management Virtual Simulation Laboratory was established in 2013 and will be transformed from the Business and Management Simulation Laboratory in 2020. The laboratory uses an area of 150 square meters, equipped with 73 computers, 1 server, 1 set of multimedia equipment, and is equipped with Business Simulation Electronic Sand Table, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Platform, Human Resource Evaluation and Salary Performance, Supply Chain Management and other business simulations training software and platforms, mainly for Business amd Management, E-Commerce, International Logistics, Marketing and other majors: Business Simulation Competition and Confrontation, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training, Supply Chain Design and Management, Human Resource Evaluation, and Corporate Salary and Performance Simulation and other experiments courses.

Through simulation training and learning of business decision-making, students adapt to the changing business environment, face multiple competitors, carry forward the spirit of teamwork, and fully and flexibly use management knowledge and forecasts such as corporate management, marketing, financial accounting, and strategic management. Optimization, countermeasures, decision-making and other methods to make corporate decisions to achieve corporate strategic goals.
